Please check your shipment upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. If your product was damaged during transport, please contact serenitymedicalcbd@gmail.com within 72 hours. You will need to provide a description, as well as photo proof of damage. From there, Serenity Medical will provide you with a full refund, or exchange of a new product.
